Please note that we implement a “No Cancellation Policy” we do not accept/or have option for any cancellations towards all Bookings and services. Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to any other individual’s name. However, you may reschedule as per the criteria for rescheduling (Refer ‘Reschedule’ section).
Note: Powerplay reserves the right to cancel bookings and services due to circumstances beyond its scope and control.
We are committed to providing the best service in a timely manner. The reschedule policy is used as a way of respecting the time commitment of all involved. In view of this we have implemented a policy of allowing a rescheduling time frame prior to 60 Mins of the original scheduled time. Please note this is applicable only for Court Bookings and there is no reschedule option/allowed for Coaching Sessions or other services unless mentioned in this policy. On successful rescheduling, the Customer will receive a confirmation message from Powerplay to the registered mobile number. Powerplay shall have the discretion to reschedule the booking based on the availability of venue and other factors.
We consider refunds only in cases of interruption due to issues related to circumstances such as – The facility was unusable due to maintenance issue, Rain disruption at the site (No Refund for Indoor venues for rain disruptions. If client couldn’t reach our facility due to rain), Forced/Unplanned shutdown of Facility/Court due to unavoidable reasons and the client couldn’t complete the fully allotted time due to these reasons. If the payment is successful without Booking confirmation (Subject to backend credit/debit check). Cancellations initiated by Powerplay.
* Power Play retains the sole discretion and final authority in deciding the refund eligibility/approval and the amount of refund to the customers.
* Refunds once processed may take up to 7-10 working days to fully credit to your account depending on the payment gateway partner/Banking process. Any delays will not be compensated.
